Parking was very limited especially since a portion of the lot was closed off. The only available parking space was across from the property at the adjacent building. Also the person checking us in (late check in) announced it was his last day working there, was not very interested in giving us any property details regarding amenities. Location was very convenient to park and ride mall for balloon festival therefore will likely return again but plan on an earlier arrival.

The staff was rude and not helpful. Way over priced. If charging $300 a night need to have better service and breakfast provided. Elevators slow and small. Shower head in showers had barely any water pressure. If the hotel is listed as a recommended hotel for the balloon fiesta it needs to accommodate more and be friendlier. We drove 6 hours to stay there and I will never recommend this hotel

This hotel didn’t quite live up to the cleanliness of other Hilton Garden Inns. The property is getting a bit run down. The elevators have been trashed. The front desk associate was outside vaping and his face was glued to his cell phone when we arrived. He gave me the creeps. The associate the next morning seemed much more professional.
