Room was clean and large. I didnât request an ADA room, however I did request to be near the exit. The room I was assigned was ADA. The bathroom was a disappointment. There was absolutely no counter space so I had to put my toiletries on the floor or back of the toilet. The toilet did not have a lid so the concern that something would fall in the toilet was real. I understand the need for making room for a wheelchair in an ADA room, but the bathroom was large enough to accommodate a counter. And toilets need lids!
Security was terrible as the door going outside was open 24 seven. Our dogs couldnât find a place to potty around the building anywhere that wasnât already pooped on. I saw where the place was neglected. Example the curtains had holes in them that reminded me of bullet holes. The floor and sink were dirty as well as some of the few towels. They only gave us one set to start. Watch out for the poop it may stick to your shoes if you are brave enough to stay thereâll
When I see the parking lot of a hotel containing lots of high end company work trucks, it is a my clue that it is a good hotel. At this Motel 6, there were about 1/2 a dozen highway construction âCompanyâ trucks.
