The good, staff was very pleasant. The not so good, needs more updating; example corridor floors replace but left the old dirty carpet asa base board. Room decor needs updating, the coach did not look clean to sit on. Bad water repairs in bathroom.

i was very frustrated with this motel. They said my reservation was cancelled and i had to pay more to stay. I showed my reservation, but they said they only had a "suite" left. I watched the motel and parking lot and it did not feel that full. Frustrating

The hot tub was cold and slimy. The pool had food in it and around it. They only provide housekeeping once every four days unless you specifically ask. Only the outlets in the bathroom worked. There are stains on the carpet, walls, and curtains. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful though.

Carpet in the room was very dirty. Door from balcony to inside the hotel was broken so you had to use the stairway instead of going in the hotel to use the elevator. Refrigerator was broken in the room. They said it was repaired but it still did not work.took 2 days to get a clean bedspread. Was very disappointed.

The doors had issues on opening, so we were switched to another room which was great. Till it was time to use the blow dryer. The plug did not work. Can say they have excellent hot water for the shower though.

Stayed here because it was Balloon Fiesta weekend and everything else was taken or crazy expensive. This hotel was so run down. Security guards everywhere so don’t feel very safe here. I had to ask 3 times for a clean sheet because the original one was stained and smelled like cologne. Avoid this place if you can.
