The room was in rough shape. A lot of outlets didn’t work. The AC worked terribly. The beds were uncomfortable. There was a dirty towel as soon as we walked in. Our license plate was stolen in the parking lot. The restrooms near breakfast were clogged. The ATM didn’t work properly. A fire alarm was set off at 8am on Sunday morning. And when we got down the four flights of stairs the housekeepers laughed and said it was ok to go back up to our room.

No airport shuttle as advertised. When I called for pickup I was told the shuttle was not working. Asked at check-in if it would be available for the return flight…staff wasn’t sure. Another employee said no shuttle because staff had been laid off. Don’t appreciate dishonesty.

I reserved 3 mo in advance did the pre check in 3 days before arrival i had 3 kids with me checking in at 11pm and they told me they overbooked and had no rooms available!!!! I sat in the parking lot in the middle of the night with 3 kids and had to find a last minute place. Bs!!!!

When we arrived to our room, the door was propped open with the latch and the balcony door was wide open. I entered slowly to make sure no one was inside. After settling in, i went down to the front desk and told them what happened. They told me housekeeping does that to air out the room and because not everyone gets a master key. I had also booked a view of the mountains. Which we didnt get because expedia did not flag it like that i was told. The front desk agent offered to switch us rooms but we didnt want to move after settling. The rooms are outdated. The carpet is old. The bathroom is low to the ground. Think the hotel needs a remodel. Cleanliness was okay. They did give me a late checkout when we asked for one. More than likely will not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. But the main reason we chose this hotel was becausw of the indoor pool, which was dirty and the jaccuzie was not hot and the streams were not working :-/

Room itself was clean and tidy upon arrival but we had issues with mosquitos in the room and gnats coming up out of the sink over our 2 week stay. Housekeeping only came by twice so we took our own trash out most days and didn’t have fresh towels or sheets. That said, all staff members we encountered were very polite and respectful.
