This place is terrible. There is dry rot on the wall, black mold in the bathroom, the pluming is leaky and there is an electrical gourmet hanging loose out of the wall. Yuck.

So let's start positive: The staff was friendly and did their best to help solve the issues that cropped up. Unfortunately, there were way too many issues for them to handle them all. Two-room suite, supposed to be 2 beds. One bed and a foldaway sofa bed is technically 2, fine - but when the foldaway is broken and won't unfold, and the maintenance guy brings up a twin on a rolling frame? Not quite the same. Had to ask again for pillows. Unfurled the sheets he gave for the twin - the fitted mattress cover was for a queen, so was the fitted sheet AND the two regular sheets. No blankets, and when I asked, I was told the mattress cover was the blanket. The furniture was universally worn, torn, scratched, and patched. The refrigerator was a nice size, though. And the bathroom - look, that shower needs to be retiled STAT before the gaps get bigger and the mold takes over. It could also do with being wider - I'm a little above average height with fairly wide shoulders, but I shouldn't hit my arms on the grab bar when turning under the spray. Oh, and one word: VENTILATION. Warming up the shower fogs the mirror if the door is closed, and there aren't any other mirrors in the suite! But breakfast was good.

A motel should be set up to accommodate its guests staying there. We were turned away 3 different times due to the fact this Ramada has a bar on the premises. Just know~ NO ONE under the age of 21 is allowed to check in or be without someone over the age of 21. Our 18 yr old grandson was not allowed to check into his room that had been reserved for 3 wks from 1:34 pm, until 9:30 pm that evening because he was not accompanied by someone 21 or old. This motel proved to be a nightmare. The front desk attendant had NO manners, nor was she willing to offer any form of assistance. She found joy in having the authority to turn my grandson away, rather than helping us find a way to check in. He is 18 almost 19 yrs of age. She also made us put down an additional $100 deposit on top of running our credit card for incidentals. This women was beyond rude. Dont stay at this Ramada Inn in Albuquerque, NM and think you'll be treated with any form of respect or receive any kind of Customer Service.

It was in a semi-district of the east side. There was no problems except that there was no hot water! In the morning, the sink water was warm enough to take a bed bath. Left the shower running for the time to take a bed bath and still no hot water. Very sad. Bed was wonderfull

The airport shuttle wasn't running when I arrived, which was somewhat understandable since my flight arrived late (although it would be nice if shuttle hours were published). Unfortunately, it also wasn't running when I departed at a very reasonable time due to optional maintenance. The airport shuttle was a major selling point for me, so between not getting to use that benefit and the run-down condition of the hotel, i wish i would've stayed somewhere else.

The faucet to the shower was leaking and very noisy. Couldn't sleep. The wall had a giant crack in it, the sliding balcony door would not close or lock. The toilet was dirty as well. Also, I don't believe I got my deposit back for the room.

The carpet was badly stained, the bathroom was not clean, with old dirty grout and repaired sealant. It took us 10 minutes to find the breakfast buffet because there were no signs or anyone at the desk to ask. We wandered around until someone finally told us. I will not be staying there again. There was also old blood stains on the comforter!

Very dissatisfied!

This was the work exception ever. The lamp shades were all damaged and one lamp was broken and missing a bulb. There were smears of some brown substance on the walls and substance that looked like puke on the work frame. Some sort of liquid dripped down the front of the dresser. The sliding glass door was filthy and the dripped could have used a more thorough vacuuming. The whole hotel was shabby and could do with some paint. The lobby was depressing. We didn't want to eat there so we even vacated before breakfast was served.

First thing I noticed upon entry w a s that the toilet tank was continually running. Parts of the drain to the tub were not affixed to the tub, but laying on top of the tank lid. I did check-in to the room approximately 5:00PM. When i got to the room, the air conditioner was not functioning. I tried to make adjustments, could not. I reported it to the front desk, and i was told when i left at 5:30 that someone would be dispatched to take a look at it. When i returned to the room, it was midnight, and the air conditioner was still not functioning. I reported it to the young man who had just begun his shift, and he promptly gave me a different room, and that was satisfactory. Something that simple could have been taken care of by the young lady who checked me in when i reported it, instead she told me she would take care of it, then forgot about me.

I booked a "stay cation " for my family from the 19th through the 21st, the pictures on the website looked awesome... I booked through Trivagio, who sent me to expedia.com and I got the room for us. The place sucked! Another post following with more pictures and more explanation! Light didn't work, black mold on the bathroom popcorn ceiling, pool was disgusting, whirlpool had a sign saying that the jets weren't working, etc. I also was charged an extra $300 because we lived in town. I told the woman at the front desk that we were NOT staying there and that I wanted a refund and she said "Not going to refund you, you already checked in, but I can give you another room" (we were booked into room 148) and she gave me a room card for room 147, just as bad as the original room we got! I didn't have anyone I could call (she wouldn't give me a number) so we were stuck there. No restaurant on the premises (which it showed in the pictures), we did the breakfast buffet on Friday and I ended up getting food poisoning... NEVER go there!!!

This was an old hotel and it showed with how dirty it was. The carpet was dirty and stained, the shower had dirt/mold in it. No daily housekeeping. The side doors were not locked, allowing anyone in. The TV did not work.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The staff were great, the beds were comfortable, but everything else was run down. The carpet was dirty, with stains possible gam or vomit, chunks, Lamp shades had holes, mold in the bathtub dripping when you turned off, hole behind the toilet broken curtain rod TV was overheated and broken.
