This house was a perfect house for our family’s Thanksgiving! The downstairs was very accessible for our daughter who is in a wheelchair. And it had a great backyard for our dogs. Carl was always available for us, even though it was his Thanksgiving as well. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Extremely nice place, slept 8 people, could have slept 10. Two tables for eating meals 8 people at a time. My family took advantage of the covered back patio and enjoyed the picnic table in the back yard.

Spacious home ideal for family reunion

We were in town for a cousin’s wedding and took the opportunity to share the residence with other cousins. The location was very convenient and there was plenty of space for 6 adults. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The back garden is lovely - but careful when the timer turns the sprinklers on as that attracts many mosquitoes

Great house - beautiful yard

It’s not very often you arrive at a rental to find it is even better than expected. The house is lovely and very spacious. We had everything we needed. The back yard is beautiful and so relaxing. Great communication throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Albuquerque.

This house is absolutely perfect for a family stay or a group. It is comfortable, it is clean, and it is in a great location. The hosts are accommodating and thoughtful in all of the details. Bedding is so comfortable! It could not have been more perfect for our stay in Albuquerque.

Good times

This property worked perfectly for myself and 3 friends. No complaints. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well laid out floor plan, top notch kitchen, and very inviting, comfortable back yard seating area. The kitchen and utility room were very well equipped. Very nice and comfortable conversation areas in several rooms. The garage was a plus, but a vehicle larger than a minivan probably would not fit. But the driveway is generous. And there is a basketball goal there for anyone interested. We did not use any of the multiple TVs during our 3 nights stay. The heating and ac were effective. A small doggy door leads into the backyard. I would “recommend without reservation” this property for a stay.

Week in ABQ

My family rented this house for five people all over sixty two over eighty. It is lovely, very clean and in a pleasant suburban neighborhood. The house is very well appointed, with kitchen items and towels and such. A garage to park in was also welcome. There are loads of TVs, but you need a streaming of your own to use. I would recommend it as a very comfortable place to stay

Delightful Desert Home

This is a clean, beautifully decorated home. It has adequate space for our family of eight, not only for beds but also gathering room in the den, living room and backyard. Location was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Easy checkin and checkout. The home was supplied with items that I don't usually find in a rental, paper towels, detergent, etc. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Super convenient and beautiful home in Albuquerque

We were here for a family wedding, and this beautiful home really met all of our needs. It was well stocked and supplied throughout. We ate meals, watched movies and football together, and generally enjoyed all of our time there. The home is close to restaurants and shopping, and was a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The back yard was lovely as well. Our hosts checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home to anyone else who is considering a stay.

A Real Gem

Our group of 7 had plenty of room in this lovely gem of a home. We were a group of elderly, middle agers, and kids. This cozy home had everything we needed to cook at home but was also a good hub from which to explore the city and surrounding areas. The great care taken of this home and its cleanliness is clearly evident. Mark and April were very responsive hosts. We made fantastic memories here.

ABQ Vacation

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a family trip. There was plenty of space for 6 adults. the backyard was nice and the neighborhood was sufficient for a morning and evening walk. The only (very minor) issue was the barking dogs at a couple of neighbors but there is not much the owner can do about that and the neighbors did bring their dogs in quickly when they barked. We would definitely stay here again when visiting ABQ

EXCELLENT

Great location, beautiful home, clean property, plenty of space for everyone! Enough room for everyone to spread out and relax, multiple areas to gather, great layout of 4 BR and 3BA. Will definitely be booking again! *Only negative I can add is that the washer wasn't functioning upon arrival...but the place was so great, it made up for the inconvenience.

Fantastic stay!

We had a family gathering in the ABQ area and used this house as home base. As good as the pictures are, it was actually better in person. Amenities in kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms were excellent. Enjoyed the multiple TV's, backyard and firepit. We didn't get to spend a ton of time here but would definitely stay again!

Great oasis

The perfect place to have time away from the hustle and bustle and be in a beautiful location. Close to hiking trails, lots of restaurants and stores for whatever you may need. Lots of space and everything to feel like you are home.
