Great place overall but could use some upgrades. Booked the place for the sauna specifically and it was broken due to a water pipe busting in the pool. Makes no sense to not let guests use the hottub and sauna for that reason but also it reflects on poor management of the hotel. I’d otherwise would’ve stayed here again and given it a great review but poor management is hard to overlook, the fitness center was in despair and the signage around property looked like it was from 1980s, good rooms though and nice staff, perfect for one night if you’re just traveling through, nothing more than that.

This is our best hotel experience in New Mexico. The price thru Expedia was excellent! It was near to Revel where our concert was. They allowed us to check in about thirty minutes or so early, that was nice. At the front desk was a nice & friendly young lady (age telling), she was easy to talk to and was clear about directions and map information. We get to the room and it is spacious, the bed looked inviting and we were tired from the 4hr. drive. The pool was delightful, the hot tub was nice and relaxing. We tried the Sauna but it didn't get hot enough forbusbtobsit in it. That isnt even a complaint. The place was nice for and great value for the amenities. Thank you Expedia & Querque for a great experience. Parking was easy.

Staff was great like always but amenities were lacking. With no wifi during my 7 day stay was impossible to work and do stuff. Also this go around cleanliness could of been better.
