Very convenient mid-town location near main roads and highways, making it a short drive to all locations in Albuquerque. 24-hour staff quickly answering last-minute needs also a plus.

Good stay

The hotel is well kept. One of the cleanest if not the cleanest hotels I have stayed in Albuquerque. Lady that checked us in wasn't very welcoming but the other staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint in the room were the pillows. They're horrible! Super soft and no neck support whatsoever. Woke up with a stiff neck and tension headache. So if you're going to stay here I would highly recommended you bring your own pillows.

Tru by Hilton is my first pick every time I have a quick trip to Abq. Every visit has been great! From check in to check out & everything in between - consistently great. With the amount of times I’ve stayed here, I have only come across one negative - an extremely rude employee. That encounter was over a year ago & I’ve been back multiple times since & not once have I had a repeat encounter. :)

Area in the parking lot was well lit. I was in the process of moving and had valuables in my car which I was concerned about. I was pleased to see a security car checking out the property several times.

First time stay at this hotel. I thought it would be loud because the Interstate was nearby but surprisingly, it was pretty quiet. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful since I asked for extra pillows and towels and was delivered promptly. I certainly will stay here again.

There was Dog crap around the property. It was hard to look at. Paid alot of money to stay at this hotel. They should banned animals from hotels if the owners can't clean up behind their pets.
