Beautiful new house, built on the beach of Alcamo Marina in 2019. A strategic position, 10 meters from the marvelous beach, close to restaurants, pizzerias and bars. The house is fully air conditioned, has three bedrooms, two double bedrooms, both with King size beds, and a triple room, with a bunk bed in addition to a single bed, if necessary we provide cots, high chairs, and possibly others beds.
In the living room on the ground floor, there is a double sofa bed, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen,
two full bathrooms.
the terrace is equipped with a wonderful kitchen to be able to cook under the stars, in addition it is equipped with tables, umbrellas, comfortable armchairs, and BBQ for maximum relaxation, 2 bathrooms.
Spending the holidays in this wonderful house, you don't need anything else, everything is at hand, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, in addition there are Lidi Balneari that in the evening become pubs, bars, meeting places for young and old, and dance and party.
Near the house passes the railway, and the most convenient and close railway station is the Castellammare del Golfo station which is less than a kilometer away.
