VILLA MARINJO
Villa Marinjo is a refined two-family villa recently renovated, nestled in the tranquillity of the Mediterranean scrubland of Alcamo Marina. The property extends over more than 5,000 square metres of land, among centuries-old olive trees, maritime pines and authentic Mediterranean scents, offering a wide panoramic sea view.
Entirely arranged on a single level, the villa welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room overlooking the sea. The living area includes a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave and coffee machine and a laundry room.
The sleeping area consists of three elegant rooms: one double and two matrimonial, one of which has a private bathroom, in addition to a second bathroom with shower. Every room is air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets to ensure maximum comfort in every season.
The villa is equipped with underfloor heating to guarantee maximum comfort even during the wintertime.
The interiors, carefully curated in every detail, combine a contemporary style with 70s design pieces and original artworks, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.
The living room opens onto a splendid panoramic sea-view terrace, perfect for relaxing or sipping an aperitif at sunset. From the kitchen, you can access a welcoming outdoor area furnished with an umbrella, dining table, chairs, and a comfortable lounge area, ideal for outdoor dinners or moments of relaxation.
From every corner of the house, you can admire a suggestive sea view.
The owners occasionally inhabit the adjacent villa, but there are no shared spaces and every area is exclusively for guests' use.
The sandy beach of Alcamo Marina is just 850 metres away and, in the immediate vicinity, there are a bar, a small market and a restaurant-pizzeria.
The picturesque town of Castellammare del Golfo with its castle and harbour is 10 km away. The charming village of Scopello, the Tonnara and Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve are located 20 km away from Villa Marinjo.
