Dear Guests First of all, I apologize for not replying to you in Finnish. I hope that you will understand our reply in English, which is a universal and International language. I am sorry to know that you did not find our staff to be friendly, we try our very best to provide good service to all of our guests and I am sorry that you did not feel that this was the case. The guests are responsible of washing their own dishes and pans, as we are 2 key apartments and this service is not included in the cleaning. I am sorry to know that you did not like our beds. Please note that all of the mattresses have been replaced recently, and that they are visco elastic beds. We do not have any of the "old type" ones with springs. Regarding the no big inflatables rule in the swimming-pool, this is because we have had very serious accidents in the past (which have been fatal) and we do not wish for this to happen again.
