Villa Bonaire, holiday house with private pool in Bonaire, Alcudia.:
Spectacular holiday villa on three levels, located only 200 mts. from Crocodile Port, in the privileged area of Bonaire, close to Alcudia town, north of Majorca.



Located in a very quiet area, but at only 5 minutes from the turistic places of both Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. The nearest beach is Cala 'S 'Illot' and is located only 3 minutes in the direction of \'La Victoria\'.

This wonderful villa has a total of four bedrooms, the master suite, with Jacuzzi tub, and three double bedrooms, all on the ground floor, and another complete bath. The villa also has a large and very well equipped kitchen, with dinning area which opens out onto to the swimming pool (10x4m) and gardens area. On the first floor there is a comfortable living room, dining room, and another complete kitchen, and bathroom. An added feature of this villa is the spacious attic with a sofa, with views to the sea.

Equipped with TV, WiFi (fibre optic), CD and DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, hot-cold air-conditioning and barbecue



There is a garage for 5 cars and laundry room, in the basement. The house has high quality details, like stucco walls in the bathrooms, and marble floors, etc.

Outside, furnished terraces, barbecue and a swimming pool surrounded by high pine trees, which gives absolute privacy.

A perfect choice to spend a wonderful vacation time near the sea, and close to all amenities of the popular resort of Puerto Alcudia and its surrounded.

Lovely villa needs updating

Great location, no meet and greet so didn’t know how certain things eg AC worked - poorly equipped kitchen, eg no plastic cups, only steak knives, no bread or cutting knives that were sharp. Bathrooms outdated and at times mould around en-suite. No shower 🚿 in en-suite eg no shower riser to hook shower into. Lovely size pool, but many tiles missing leaving sharp edges in the pool. Villa towels worn out, need changing. No pool size towels for outside loungers, Could easily be 4 star with upgrading. Cannot fault planet villa managers who were helpful and available at all times.
