This fantastic villa is located in the residential area of Aucanada, a very quiet coastal area near Alcúdia. This magnificent accommodation retains the classic charm but with modern touches. It is fully equipped and has everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday by the sea. It is also very bright and spacious because it is ready to accommodate 12 people. But without a doubt the most impressive aspect of this property is the exterior, as it offers spectacular views of the bay of Alcúdia. In addition, it has several furnished terraces from which to relax and enjoy the magnificent climate of Mallorca and a direct exit to a small cove of rock.

The property is located in a residential area, very close to the sea. Aucanada stands out as a quiet and family area ideal for an unforgettable family holiday or with friends. You have the beach of sand and rock next to the pine forest a few minutes walk, or if you prefer you can bathe in some of its beautiful and quiet rocky coves. It is also 2 minutes by car from Puerto de Alcudia and its sandy beach. In this area you will enjoy a wide range of leisure and services: countless restaurants, shops, fashion shops, supermarkets and taxi and bus service.

Vue magnifique

Deuxième fois que nous louons cette maison avec toujours autant de plaisir. Elle dispose d’une cuisine bien équipée, de trois terrasses, d’espace en commun assez spacieux et en même temps de coin d’intimité. La décoration n’est pas des plus moderne mais pr des vacances c’est parfait.
