I had a great stay here, the hotel is immaculate with good attention to detail, all the staff are really friendly and the facilities are great too. I used the gym most mornings and although it was pretty basic it was good enough to tick most boxes. They have two pool areas that are nice if you want to have a chill day & it’s nice that they provide you with pool towels. Onto the food, breakfast is amazing and they have everything you could imagine and I’d recommend going half board or all inclusive as the dinner spread is so so good, so much to choose from and it’s a different theme every night, it was hard to stop eating and i was blown away every night of how good it was. I send my praises out to the restaurant staff that are all really nice and welcoming but I’d like to give special thank you to Christina, she has such an endearing soul and the hotel should feel blessed to have her on the cards.

We really liked it here it met expectations per hotel descriptions. It is clean and modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. The staff are super-friendly. It is lovely around both pools - so quiet too. The facilities on offer were good - we didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar, food shack and in-house coffee and cake cafe. We know Alcudia very well and mainly went to the beach and we also enjoyed a leisurely walk to the port in the evening for our main meal and the hotel was well-placed for this. We only have one criticism which didn't really detract from the holiday, it is just personal preference, and that was the fact that the bathroom was a bit too much a part of the room rather than being separated off. It was all a bit "continental" for us. We would definitely come back again though and highly recommend it.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pools were lovely. The poolside staff and lifeguard constantly tidied, and cleaners were always busy keeping the hotel spotless. The breakfast options were fantastic, and there were lots of options for dinner. My room overlooked a building site, but the room itself was lovely. The only thing my friends felt could be improved was the lobby chairs and the outside area at the front of the hotel. The chairs were quite uncomfortable and would have benefited from back cushions. Aside from that minor observation, the hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely visit this hotel chain again.

I had such a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, they really made me feel comfortable as a solo traveller. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the hotel is in a great location for exploring Alcúdia. I also really enjoyed the buffet style food, great variety. Thank you to the whole team for making my holiday such a positive experience!

Theft from Room + Expedia Failed to Act. We stayed at THB Bamboo Hotel Alcudia and had valuables stolen from our locked room during a one-hour absence. My wife’s diamond bracelet and cash were taken, and our passports and cards were left scattered on the floor. We immediately reported this to the hotel. Instead of helping, the hotel: • Refused to show us the entry log they claimed to have checked • Started playing CCTV with us present, then asked us to leave • Hours later claimed the footage was “encrypted” and could not be shown • Brushed us off the next morning We filed an official police report: Reference No. 115644/25 (Spanish National Police). I booked through Expedia expecting at least basic safety and support. Expedia, however, told me they “cannot assist in this matter” and refused any compensation or accountability, even though they continue to list this property. Their customer service admitted the review process could take over 45 working days and gave no guarantees. As NHS and legal professionals with no motive to fabricate this, I find it appalling that both the hotel and Expedia failed in their duty of care. Guests should be aware that if something like this happens, Expedia will do nothing for you.

As good as a breakfast as you’ll get anywhere. Nice quiet area. However no where near worth the price we paid. Cockroach in the bathroom in the lobby, not many things worked in the room, overall sub par in many areas. Thankful for matheusz (sorry if i misspell the name) as he was probably the best hotel worker I have ever come across from my years of traveling. Wouldn’t come here again nor would I recommend anyone else to, feel robbed for the expense.

Great relaxing stay

Great hotel, great location if a quieter more family friendly trip is your goal! Staff was soo friendly and helpful, even when they couldn’t help us, they did everything they could to makeup for it. Very clean hotel, beautiful pools facing the lagoon. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach if that! Rooms our a little tight, but most have a balcony.

Lovely clean hotel, always a space on a lounger by the two pools. Great food at the pool bar, polite staff. Great location with good walking and bus links. Had a street view balcony which was huge, and great for street view people watching. Alcudia Old Town was beautiful, would go back tomorrow if I could!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel with attentive and courteous staff. The bathroom in the room was a little disconcerting given the semi transparent door. There was limited storage space if having a prolonged stay. We enjoyed the variety provided at breakfast and the views of the lake. No fault with the hotel itself but we had some difficulty with frequency of buses and price of taxis.
