The apartment is in a good location, it’s in the second row from the beach, in a tower with security, has space for parking, close to many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores and the neighbors are quiet and maintain privacy. The apartment itself is spacious and well-furnished however there are minor repairs that must be done to make it safe for children. The property manager Mahmoud was nice and helpful when we met him but he is not prompt in responding to messages and calls. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others for it’s location and price.
