Horrible stay

It was bug infested. We checked out the next day. They promised to provide a discount for staying one night. My son was bit up by ants. Apparently, other children were too. There were several others who left as well. There were stains in the bathtub, fridge, and microwave.

This Hotel was horrible. Both door on the side exits had broken locks and never locked. Pool door would not shut unless forced. First night in room TV wouldn’t come on. Went to desk they said would look at it next day. Finally moved to new room. The new room 329 had no fridge. The curtains were held on 4 hooks the curtain was literally falling down. The room had a bad odor. Went to store bought Frebreeze. I was there for 3 days with grandchildren for ball tournament and had to spray it every day. Went down states to the area that sold snacks and found the drink cooler completely empty even out of water. The freezer had 2 frozen pizzas the cooler froze over. The shelves had 1 bag of chips Tylenol and a couple more items. Every day along with other guest and I mean a lot had to go have the door keys re-scan because the they wouldn’t unlock the door. When I talked to the lady at the desk the first night about changing rooms she said don’t expect to much the the new room and the manager doesn’t stay all day which I’m not sure if she was right about that. The only reason I didn’t leave the first night was because I couldn’t find another room. I know everyone will try to cover there butt. For the past 15 year I’ve only used Comfort inn and suites I’m very disappointed that this run down hotel represents Comfort. Wasted 4 hundred dollars

Worst motel yet

There was no light at the road and the road to the motel is in an awkward place. When I walked into the lobby, it smelled like skunk blunt smoke. It would choke you. The elevator smelled worse. The tub had hair in it and the carpet had trash on it. My grandson went to get ice and the remainder of the blunt was moved into the ice machine grate. There was no liner in the ice bucket and when you could find the desk clerk she claimed there was no more. She kept going missing. The sofa stools had tares on top. My mother’s room smelled of smoke and it was listed as non- smoking. I explained all of this upon check out. I couldn’t tell who was working this morning, because she was wearing a headband and scrubs without a name tag. That was very tacky for a motel. It seems like they don’t want anyone to know they work there. The customer service is zero. They didn’t offer to do a thing about any of this. I will never stay here again. I did not feel safe and I was worried about the filth. The ice machine on the first floor did not even work. This was very sketchy. Bad bad place.

The property had trash around it. People smoking illegal drugs in the building. Homeless people walking in to eat breakfast. The attendant never at desk.

The room was spacious and clean. Although, I did not like the rust that was in the tub and the shower head needs a deep cleaning. Check in was quick. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
