Perfect location between calvi and Ile Rousse, modern villa of 150m2 located at 7 minutes walk from the village center, shops and the beach. Quiet property, full of comfort, lined with banana trees.
It consists of a large living room of 60m2 with a living room opening onto the garden of 1200 m2, (flat screen TV 130cm, DVD, playstation, bluetooth speaker). Fully equipped kitchen "fridge, freezer with drawers, induction hob, NEF oven, steamer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, food processor, plancha, wok, juicer. to eat for 8 people. A cellar laundry composed of cupboards of arrangement, washing machine, central steam. 4 bedrooms (2 beds 160, 1 bed 140, 1 sofa bed permanent bed 140 cm), linen provided (bed linen, hair towel, bath towels, beach fouta, tea towel), 1 dressing room, cupboards murals in each room, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room with Italian shower and 2 WC including a separate. 1 office with printer and scanner, elliptical trainer. Centralized aspiration and air conditioning heat pump.

Enclosed garden of 1200 m2 with swimming pool salt heated heat pump 4X8m lit at night, summer kitchen consisting of a barbecue, a pizza oven and a counter. an outdoor lounge by the pool. A petanque court with loan of balls. 3 terraces, one covered. table and chairs in the garden. Several sunbathing. Hammock and swing. Private parking.

Sauberkeit/Verhalten des Vermieters

-stark ungepflegtes Haus, teilweise richtig verdreckt (Backofen,Geschirr, Besteck, Aussenküche). Spülmaschine während des Aufenthaltes defekt! Ungepflegter Bouleplatz, kein Elipsentrainer vorhanden, Hängematte zerrissen! Endreinigung sollte 140€ bar kosten, obwohl nicht vertraglich vereinbart. Nach Abreise Beanstandung von Mängeln, die schon vorher vorhanden waren! Obwohl der Vermieter bei Abreise sein ok für die Übergabe gegeben hatte. Nachträgliche Belastung der Kreditkarte, um die Kosten der vermeintlichen Mängel zu begleichen. Fazit: Auf keinen Fall buchen!! Katastrophal und nicht empfehlenswert!!

Belle villa au calme

Nous étions 2 couples et nous avions apprécié le confort de la maison . Chambres ,salle de bain et 2 toilettes. L'extérieur est très agréable.un petit bémol pour les éléments de la cuisine. Rien n'est a disposition sel,poivre ,huile,filtres café...bref un peu de produits de base. Mais très bon séjour et le propriétaire est a disposition rapidement en cas de souci .

Belle villa facile à vivre. Idéale pour 3 couples d'amis. Piscine et terrasse patio agréables. Un effort à faire quant à la propreté de la vaisselle (peut-être une négligence du précédent locataire) Bonne communication avec nos hôtes.
