A DISASTER
The house by itself is ok and was clean, although we've had several power breakdowns and we had to open the electrical cabinet outside to reset the house's main breaker (normally strictly forbidden). Too short bed for one, uncompforable mattress for the other.
But the main problem is the noise: parties of neighbours sharing the small yard until 2 am, that is loud conversations, BBQ and cigarettes smokes. You can't open the windows to refresh the house by night. Then village feria during 3 nights with horrible boom-boom until 7 am. Impossible to sleep, six nights ruined on sixteen spend here.
And the village is sadly dirty, the stepway that leads to the house is scattered with cigarettes tips, animal droppings, and one day, dozens of gigant cockroaches (probably a house was sanitized). One morning there was a big dropping in the shared yard. The willage's surroundings look like a public dump: drink cans or garbage every 5 m. How disappointing compared with other 'white' villages not so far like Frigiliana, Competa, Comares, Pampeneira;
Ah, you have also to climb a hundred+ of steps from the parking lot, good training with 8L water tanks, or heavy shopping bags, at both arm ends.
This house can't definitely be rented, at least not to foreigners expecting quietness and general tidiness.
It was our 4th summer in Spain, never had this.
