Domo Anghèleda is a detached holiday home in Alghero, located just 10 minutes from the historic center. Enjoy the private garden and tranquility. Equipped with fast Wi-Fi, it's also the ideal solution for those who want to work remotely in Sardinia. Its strategic location: close to the port and just minutes from the Calabona sunsets.
The property is an open space composed of:
• a sleeping area, with a 160X200 double bed with a 26 cm high mattress, with pocket springs and 8 cc high memory foam, three-door wardrobe with chest of drawers, air conditioning, 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning. We offer free sheets, pillows and quilt.
• a living area furnished in a modern style, with two comfortable sofas which, if necessary, can be transformed into two French double beds equipped with a standard mattress and an additional 7 cm high memory foam topper. The living room also offers air conditioning, a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, a pellet stove for your winter stays;
• a kitchen is equipped with a table with four chairs, a modular kitchen in which there is a fridge, a freezer, a hob with four burners, a sink with a bowl, a static electric oven and a dishwasher and washing machine. We also thought about including small appliances such as: a kettle, a blender, a toaster, a microwave oven, an espresso coffee machine, various cutlery and crockery.
• a nautical style bathroom equipped with a large 116x100 cm shower, hairdryer, towels, rugs and courtesy kit;
• a welcoming and spacious private outdoor area with a garden characterized by the presence of numerous aromatic plants, two terraces, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The terraces are equipped for eating and relaxing in the shade;
• free wi-fi throughout the facility suitable for video calls
• Free private parking (for one car only);

Parking area is within a gated area adjacent to another home and situated in front of the property. The driveway road is very narrow and I highly recommend not driving too quickly down the road to avoid any damages to vehicle or property. The front of the property has a very cute outdoor seating area if you decide to have guests over, etc. There is another additional seating area directly in front of the house for more entertaining. The garden surrounding the house is very zen & peaceful with several varieties of plants.The house is very clean and nicely furnished. Very spacious and the sofa in the living room which is adjacent to the bedroom is beyond comfortable. There is a quaint sitting nook for reading a book or magazine if you want. The home is within 10 minute drive from the main town.
