The breakfast is almost non-existent. Property is majorly run-down. Rooms need updating, BADLY! With so many other options to stay in Alice, we won't stay here again.

Key would not work and instead of offering another room the desk clerk says oh that happens w/that room. Lobby bathrooms not working. Cammodes need to be updated. They are too low especially for an elderly person.The entire hotel looks run down.

Arrived and the receptionist was no where to be found. I waited 15 minutes until someone showed up. The facility and room was ok for 1 night stay, but it had a smell when i walked into the room. They definitely need to update the room, I think it was the old carpet in the room. I think that is what makes the room smell and made it feel dirty. The pictures on Expedia are probably from years ago. Because the facility no longer looks like it. But for the price and stay one night. It did its thing.
