Hotel was nice, clean and updated. Breakfast was so-so- it wasnt really "bad", just didnt have any meat and not big variety. BUT it was good! Staff was wonderful, housekeeping polite and helpful.

The room was clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool outside while I played back and relaxed. My only thing was the fridge on the room was not working. But they accommodated me with a discount for the inconvenience. Also breakfast was decent . And the hotel is nearby the highway and main strip. Only thing is there is just one way out and in from the road. Not bad of a stay.

Kenya was super helpful, and very friendly. The newly renovated rooms are cozy and clean. The staff are polite and they will respect you're belongings if they come in to clean or replace towels while you're out of the room.

I really enjoy my stay. I needed a quick getaway with my partner without any kids but wish I had mines with us but this was a perfect spot due to it being right next to my partners family. The bartender was really nice even when people said she is losing customers because there wasn’t any food or snacks. Gave us some games to play which was pretty cool. Also there isn’t any water in ice machines and the last thing is that the pool should stay open a little later for adults who would like to take a swim without any kids around. 😊

Looking for Noise, Rudeness, and Zero Help? This Hotel Has It All! If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to stay at a place where the reception staff couldn’t care less about your comfort — congratulations, you’ve found the perfect hotel. One peaceful evening (well, not really), the room next to mine turned into a full-blown party — shouting, loud TV, the works — after 11 PM. I made the mistake of thinking reception might do something. Silly me. The receptionist told me it wasn’t her problem and that she couldn’t do anything. Customer service? Never heard of it. The next day I asked a different receptionist if a package had arrived. Her well-informed answer? “I don’t know anything.” Truly inspiring levels of helpfulness. Rooms are cleaned once a week — because why would guests want clean towels or floors more often, right? Breakfast is a culinary adventure featuring... an omelet. And maybe something else if you’re lucky. The café? Open only on weekends. The advertised barbecue? Doesn’t work — apparently they forgot to hire a cook. But hey, at least they advertise it! If you’re planning a weekend stay, bring earplugs, nerves of steel, and maybe the number of the local police — because reception won’t lift a finger. Staying here was a masterclass in how not to run a hotel. Avoid at all costs — unless you're into frustration and sleep deprivation.

Overall it was a nice hotel to stay at with my kids for the day/night after a concert. The pool was great, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was available, but we slept in and missed it.

I came in the room to the shower being wet, a big chunk of hair and dirt balled up on the carpet, a pillow full of hair and phones not working. TV would also cut out constantly. Also at 3am someone was trying to get into our room. They changed our room in the system when we never asked for that and assigned someone else to our room. The manager Kenya was great and accommodated us properly but I would never be coming back to this hotel my next stay in the area.
