Staff was great. My sheets were dirty when I went to bed I noticed a brown faint stain on the white sheets. I can't imagine how they were to seen by housekeeping. When it was time to check out it was 7:30 and there were four people ahead of me in valet. I didn't get my car till 8 and I was traveling out of state and wanting to get home before the storm started. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Lisa checked us in, she was delightful and answered all my questions. It was our first time there and we really enjoyed the convienance provided. We were there for the Nothing More concert. Had a delicious burger at the Steelworks and really good breakfast sandwiches the next morning. Will definitely come again. Thanks!

Everything in the hotel was very clean and easy to find. Lots of options for food an drinks. The staff were super nice in the hotel but in the event venue they were pretty rude especially the bartenders and security staff. We would go badk for sure even with some of the staff being pretty awful.

The whole hotel smells like smoke. If it wasnt cigarettes it was weed. I am glad we didnt pay full orice to stay here. The lobby is nice but the rest of the hotel is mediocre. Definitely over priced.

We were so impressed with this resort. Everything was new and clean. So much better than AC casinos. Restaurants were great. Spent time in Bethlehem as well. Will be on the look out for events there for an excuse to go again.
