Leave the set of house keys on the kitchen counter.
Close all the doors and windows behind you when you leave.

No parties or events – we love good energy, but this is a calm residential area. Please keep noise down, especially after 10pm.
Pool safety – no running or diving. Children must be supervised at all times. Use the pool responsibly and at your own risk.
A security deposit (hold) of 500€ is required that is processed via Swikly (secured third-party) and is fully "released" after check-out if no issues.
