This lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Step into a bright living room where a stylish orange sofa invites you to relax. A rustic coffee table and modern TV setup create the perfect space to unwind, while large windows fill the room with natural light, enhancing the eclectic décor.
The space also features a compact kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and dishwasher—perfect for preparing your favorite meals.
The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first features a double bed set against a wooden accent wall, complemented by soft linens and a bedside lamp for a cozy and restful ambiance. The second bedroom includes two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends, along with ample storage space. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and fresh towels for your convenience. The bathroom glass is frosted; while it does not allow a clear view inside, shadows can be distinguished. If this is not a family stay, we recommend keeping this detail in mind.
Step out onto the balcony, a pleasant spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

A bright and comfortable apartment in Costa da Caparica, just a short walk from the long sandy beaches and lively seaside promenade. Guests can enjoy surfing, beachside cafés, and fresh seafood restaurants, as well as scenic coastal walks and bike paths. With local markets, nightlife, and easy access to Lisbon, it’s an ideal base for a relaxing beach getaway with plenty of activities.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
There is no train station in Costa da Caparica. The nearest train station, Pragal (Fertagus Line), is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, offering direct connections to Lisbon (Sete Rios / Roma-Areeiro).
Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is about a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
