Exceptional Hotel

I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We usually stay at the Conrad but decided to stay at the Wyndham Grand for a change. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, the rooms are suites which are fabulous and if you’re golfers it’s the perfect location. My only negative feedback would be that when the hotel is booked to full capacity the swimming pool area isn’t big enough. If you’re travelling as a couple I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in the August school holidays. To finish on a positive the bar area, restaurants and reception areas are beautiful along with a great gym and spa.

An Exceptional 5 star Hotel in a fab location

This was our first visit to The Wyndham Grand Hotel as we usually stay 3-4 times a year at The Conrad Hotel. The Wyndham Grand did not disappoint. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they were so friendly, welcoming and nothing was an issue. Our room was exceptional and luxurious and overall this hotel is at least 5 stars if not 6 stars. If I had to say one negative would be the staff uniform by the outdoor pool. Please, please, please change their uniforms to a polo shirt with a pair of tailored shorts and trainers. Black trousers/leather shoes and a long sleeve shirt must be so uncomfortable! Looking forward to staying with you again in August and will definitely be booking for next year. The perfect hotel for families, golfers or couples.
