un séjour des plus agréable.

Cet hôtel est superbement situé au centre de la ville. Le service y est très agréable, les personnes sont disponibles souriantes et toujours présentes. Des chambres agréables (très bien insonorisées), propres et entretenues. Vous venez visiter Almaty, n'hésitez pas, cet hôtel tout petit est très très bien.

Comfortable stay in Almaty

It was a good and comfortable stay at D’Rami. It is located on the top floor of a 4-story building. The staff is very accommodating and helpful especially checking in. Welcoming with coffee and drinks is a nice touch. It’s accessible only from the back. This could be stated in the description so that it’s easier to find especially for taxi drivers. They can also fix the hotel name sign at the door. The location is very central in Almaty so it’s convenient for touring the city. Plenty of stores and restaurants around. Very good value for its location and quality - definitely would come back!

Small but perfect hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, hotel is clean and service terrific. We were a bit skeptical upon arrival and when we entered the building as it is and old one but all changed once we stepped in. Having a supermarket at the corner is great as well as the having multiple cafes and restaurants in the area.

If you overlook the shabby hotel entrance, (around the back of Main Street) and location away from main tourist areas, you will be very pleased with the stay! Xeniya the receptionist was very helpful. Almaty is stunning!

絶対オススメです！

部屋は清潔、設備も十分で、何よりもスタッフの対応が最高でした。旅行初日に一泊して、最終日に飛び込みで荷物の預かりだけをお願いしたのですが、無償で預かってくれてチャイなども振舞ってくれました。 初日と最終日では違うスタッフだったのですが、二人共とても親切でした。
