Great location right next to Alnwick Castle and easy walk into town. Lovely ground floor accommodation for a couple - everything you need. Owners were great and kept in contact. You have to park around the corner but pass provided and no problems with parking.

Alnwick is a an excellent town to visit and to stay there is real bonus.

Alnwick is a an excellent town to visit and to stay there is real bonus. Harryñ€ℱs Den is comfortable and convenient for shops, pubs and attractions. The parking permit is a real plus. There are lots of cobbles and old steps around town so watch out for trip hazards! If you like books the huge second hand bookstore in the old station building is a must. Also Alnwick Garden is well worth a visit.

Top Notch Stay

Excellent property for 2 people with outdoor space and convenient parking. Cottage is fully equipped with anything you might need. Comfortable bed and quality bedding. Host very responsive and also gave suggestions on a couple of local events happening during our stay. The town has a variety of pubs and restaurants which are well worth trying.Good central location to visit all the tourist sites. Well recommended.

Harryñ€ℱ Den is a perfect property for exploring Northumberland, and the roads near Alnwick take you to the many places of Interest. We do recommend visiting Edinburgh on the train from Alnmouth.. Sadly at the age of 75 we left it to late for many more visits. Craig side was in unbelievable.

Harry’s Den is a beautiful flat ideally situated in a quiet, residential part of the town centre overlooking the castle walls. It is very welcoming, well equipped and comfortable. It also has a parking permit-a big bonus! The owner Clare contacted me before and during our holiday to make sure everything was ok. She was very friendly and was always available to answer any questions. This was very reassuring, especially during these unsettling times. We had a wonderful week in Alnwick and explored the town and local area. Harry’s Den is centrally located in a historic old part of Alnwick opposite the castle walls. The cottage is well equipped and beautifully presented and made for a very relaxing and comfortable base for our break. Additionally the owners Clare and Steve, were extremely helpful and friendly and contacted us before the holiday to check if we needed any advice or help. They were more than happy to recommend local restaurants and local outdoor activities including the hidden gem of Hulne Park within walking distance of the apartment. All facilities are within walking distance of the apartment and we split our time between Alnwick and the local coastal area around Bamburgh and Craster. We had a lovely stay at this newly-listed cottage.

We had a lovely stay at this newly-listed cottage. It is ideally placed to enjoy all that Northumberland has to offer. It is beautifully decorated to a high standard and the bed was very comfortable!! (a big plus). Although we did not use the cooking facilities, it had everything you would need if you wished to do so. The enclosed patio area was a lovely place to sit and relax.
