This charming flat is located on the first line of the sea, in a coastal area offering breathtaking views to the ocean. The exterior of the property features a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and the sea views. It is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe or dine al fresco as the terrace is furnished.

Situated on the third floor, the spacious interior of the flat is distributed over one floor. The living room is large and bright, equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach while enjoying a movie. The dining room, open to the living room, creates a fluid and cosy space to share family meals. The vitro-ceramic and gas kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay and has a laundry area in the inner courtyard with washing machine, dryer and iron for your convenience. When it's time to sleep, there are four bedrooms, all equipped with A/C and wardrobe. Three bedrooms have a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. To complete the layout of the flat, there is a second bathroom with bathtub and a toilet with washbasin and washbasin.

Altea, located on the Costa Blanca in Spain, is a picturesque coastal town known for its old town with cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. In the town you will find a variety of bars and restaurants to sample the varied local cuisine.
