Pool wasn't accessible for me as there were many kids in the pool and they did pool parties to the public on the weekend. The gym only had free wts and one stepper that didn't work properly. Pretty disappointed in the gym and pool issues. for the most part there was friendly staff, but some were rude. Over all I did enjoy my stay here. i would rate it overall a 7/10.

Staff was courteous. Water pressure and temperature was not good in the shower. I informed the desk staff of it on our check out. The room was adjacent to an adjoining room and the noise was quite loud throughout the entire evening and into late night. The main room entry door did not do very well at insulating from noise in the hallway either.

Rooms were very clean, we stayed 2 night, even had room service, which is practically nonexistent in the day and age. They made our beds, gave us fresh towels and amenities!! Staff was very friendly, the bar was great. Only downfall was, the hot tub was not working (and obviously hasn't been for some time!!) Conveniently located, decently priced, would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The staff was so so kind and helped me and my boyfriend with everything. My only complaint was the beds were so so firm. We couldn’t get comfortable and ended up leaving but other than that, the hotel was beautiful, just not for us. Also Expedia has it listed that there’s an arcade/game room but they do not have it anymore.

We were kept up most of the night of our stay by young girls running through the hall and knocking on doors. At one point there was a man yelling so load it echoed through the pool room because he was tired of the noise. When we told the front desk nothing was offered.
