Villa Emozione is a splendid two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Emozione you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Emozione is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, nice private terraces with a view of the sea, a private patio with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Amalfi, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 120 meters (390 feet) and the closest beach (Duoglio Beach) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile). You will reach Villa Emozione from the main entrance of the building going down approximately 20 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Emozione. If you do have one, you will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.
Villa Emozione is tended by a caretaker.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from Villa Emozione going down a walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 40 stairway steps. The pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.20 meters (7.2 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The swimming pool area is partly shaded by a bougainvillea pergola and by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second terrace along an external stairway. It is partly shaded by a perfumed bougainvillea pergola and by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a bright view of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed pergola with a bamboo roof and by trees. The garden is equipped with masonry sofas, as well as with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The garden is occasionally crossed by the gardener.
Fitness Room
At Villa Emozione you will find a fitness room equipped with two exercise bikes, a cross trainer, a treadmill, a home gym, a fitness bench and a rowing machine. You will be able to enter the fitness room from the garden.
Bottom FloorTerrace 1
The first terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic pergolas with bamboo roof. It is equipped with a masonry bench, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a gorgeous view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a personal computer with broadband Internet connection. From the living room you will be able to enter the third terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. In the dining room is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
