The hotel is under renovation, but the work area was contained and material stacked. The hotel was cute, clean and spacious. Beds comfy, we got a suite with a pull out couch and all 5 of us were avle to stretch out and relax after a day of travel. Breakfast had hot eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy as well as waffles, cereal, and cartoons of milk. This will be pur stop in Amarillo from now on!

Property was under construction. Expedia failed to note this on the website. The bed was hard and old with a major sag in the middle. The bathroom tub faucet was leaking and would not stop.

Hotel is being renovated but there was a carpet area where nails were exposed between carpet and flooring. It was right in the walkway between bed area and bathroom. Staff was very friendly and we liked the high ceilings in the room.

Room was old and the sink did not have a plug in it, the faucet was disguising. Hotel was under construction so there was broken glass in driveway and nails too. Shower did not have much water pressure to rinse my hair. Heater was one temperature even though we turned it up. Only good thing was the breakfast was good. I have pictures of sink and glass

The hotel appears to be undergoing a major renovation, so maybe this will change soon, because the rooms are super run down. I requested to be moved from my first ground floor room because the window wouldn’t lock. The room I ended up staying in was dingy (dirty curtains, water spots on the ceiling, old fixtures in the bathroom) but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was also very courteous. Hopefully I just caught them during a time of transition.

The front desk person was not very nice at all and couldn't answer questions because she didn't usually work there. They are remodeling yet the booking site failed to mention that. I specifically chose the hotel because it had a hot tub but of course it was shut down because of the remodel.

Mold in the corners of the tub that the stopper wouldn’t keep plugged, a/c unit extremely loud. Tv stations very outdated! The breakfast did smell good as we were leaving but we didn’t eat! And lady that checked us in was very polite!
