Great value all around and couldn't be more impressed for the value. The washroom was immaculate and with what seems to be either a recent renovation or recent/new building altogether. Overall the experience went above and beyond my expectations as my initial online viewing was met with skepticism based on my past experiences with hotels in general. But nope, it was well on point and went well above what I was expecting for the value. Rock bottom pricing and a steal of a good deal comparatively. I would highly recommend this place easily. Impressed with the cleanliness and exceptional overall value. For those on a budgetlooking for a clean space torest, look no further. Useful note: Laundry and dryer service is free of cost but without the detergent/softener.

Hotel looks very new. Had issue with door scrapping hard against the floor. Still has miss-drilled hole in adjoining room door, but no one next door. Still has some bugs to work out, but overall nice. Had to ask for hair dryer and no closet. Did have small couch area under window.

Check in was smooth. The comforters were dirty, they had yellowish stains. Asked for clean ones through their messaging system and was told to go get them downstairs. No closets, no hangers, no hair-dryer. Very minimalist hotel. Comfortable beds.
