I canât say enough nice things about this place! I stayed as a stopover between Denver and Dallas. In the past I would stay at hotels and get zero sleep with doors slamming all hours of the night. Her place is truly quiet and tranquil. Super convenient to the highway, and she provides so many lovely conveniences from snacks to dog bags! I highly recommend her place.
Finding the alleyway was difficult at night and it was hard to navigate with a jeep wagoner but we were able to eventually find the place. The place was clean and the ac was great. Just wish the alleyway was easier to find and wider. Host was great about communicating.
I could not have been happier with Tennesseeâs place. The studio was immaculate and not one detail was missing, down to coffee to-go cups! I had the best sleep ever (used to stay at Amarillo hotels where doors slammed all hours of the night with people coming and going). Iâve never stayed at a VRBO when traveling between Denver and Dallas and now I plan to stay at Tennesseeâs studio every time! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
We had to check in late, and thanks to the reminders from our host we didnât have any trouble finding the entrance. The place was very clean, there were extra towels stocked in the closet. Our host Tennessee left some cold bottled water in the fridge, had the dog bowl filled with fresh water, and left the lights on outside for us. It put a smile on my face. If youâre like me, bringing cotton sheets from home because you canât sleep well on polyester or microfiber - rest assured that the sheets here are a blend that includes cotton. Thumbs up for that! A couple of things to note: We did find the mattress to be a little too bouncy and springy, and the blinds to be letting in quite a lot of light even at night, but we were so exhausted from a long drive it didnât bother us too much.
Love this fantastic little unit. It's tucked away behind a house with access via the alley. It's wonderfully and thoughtfully updated and decorated with lots of little touches to make guests feel welcomed. I definitely recommend this unit and host!
This loft is a cozy spot with all of the essentials. Tennessee was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. The loft had everything we needed and a few surprises (the electric blanket was a nice touch in addition to the dim function on the kitchen light!). The neighborhood was also really unique, and my husband and I enjoyed walking our dog and looking at the different architecture styles of the neighborhood.
Artful, cozy, quiet.
It was easy to get to and easy to regain our highway route! The home was very clean and the host was absolutely so helpful and responsive. We arrived at sunset and left in the morning so visiting the area was not part of our journey lan but we will stay here again when we travel through next time.
This loft is a little gem, featuring artwork from a local artist. Tennessee was very prompt in communications. Quiet neighborhood.
The only reason for the 4star is it is accessed and located on an alley which isnât well maintained.
(Not the hosts fault as it is of course shared with many houses)
Would stay again if in Amarilli :)
Tennesse was the ultimate host - bending over backward to ensure that we had the perfect stay despite some issues on our end. Really enjoyed the weekend. I can't recommend it enough - thank you!
Great place to stay. It was just what we needed on our stop in Amarillo. The loft was super clean and had all the little things that you would need for a few nights. The host was quick to communicate and even helped us with a few last minute questions we needed answered. Thanks so much!
