Super friendly customer service. I like the keyless entry for when we check in late. This is our second time staying here but only for a few hours sleep. So i cant give a reveiw on the restraunts or anything like that. The first time we got one of the suites and it was super nice. Second time we got a standard room. It was a little ran down but it was comfy.

Convenient to highway which meant it was very noisy. Beds & pillows okay. No elevator. Hated the saloon doors to the bathroom. Room seemed clean. Shower head probably wasted 10 gallons of water per shower.

When traveling through Amarillo we always try to stay here, we love the Big Texan Steak Ranch. This was a holiday weekend, so very crowded. We were in the stand alone two-story building back by the horse corral. They had a keyless entry system that worked very well so you didn't have to check-in at a front desk, you could just go straight to your room, that was great. But the air conditioning system never really truly cooled off the room, I reported it when I saw an attendant the next morning. The hotel was packed so I knew we would not be able to switch rooms. Also, the rooms in that building have paper thin walls so if your neighbors are not quiet you are in trouble. Other than a dog next door that sometimes barked, it was doable. The king size bed was fairly comfortable, but a little springy. Still, we will stay here again, love being close to that restaurant!
