Room was great - so much space, a TV that swiveled for viewing from bed or sofa on other side, hot shower and great water pressure; did miss having a ceiling fan over the bed for air movement, but...ICE maker worked! Can't speak to the workout room that I was excited to have but then didn't use, but staff were friendly. Breakfast was confusing however. Each day seemed to have something else not working, so our third and final day we didn't bother checking it out, other than for coffee, and just stopped at a breakfast joint in town instead. Great value though, would stay again!

My husband and I stayed in the king suite and it was amazing! Very clean, spacious, and the kitchenette had everything you need to cook/eat. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back again for another staycation. Not to mention a very good price!

Mgr Sha, Asst Mgr Christy and other staff went into my room and went through all of my stuff. They said it was an accident so we came to an agreement and all was good, or so I thought. My wife joined me on my trip, and for some reason, Christy took issue with her, began being very passive aggressive towards her and when my wife was forced to interact with her, she would start yelling and screaming like my wife had done something. Then she would threaten to go to the owner and kick us out or call the police and have us removed. It made our stay very stressful. I was glad to leave. The price is good there, but management makes it a nightmare if they feel you will stand up for yourself. The other staff was delightful. Honestly, they should remove the Asst Mgr at the very least and promote one of the other desk workers to her position. They were pleasant to work with and had the customer’s and owner’s best interest in mind.

Staff were excellent. Room was the size of a studio apartment. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. No road noise but the room was noisy from people talking in the hall and doors shutting. Was easily accessible and was in a convenient location. We felt this was a great value.
