Great stay in American Fork

Our family of six adults spent a weekend at this home. We had plenty of space to gather in the large kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The weather was snowy when we were there, so having a garage was wonderful. The full-sized washer and dryer were also a bonus. The property is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, State street, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Came up from Texas for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for a base of operations. Easy to get to I-15 and to just about anywhere in Happy Valley. Kitchen had everything needed and plenty of room to spread out. What a treat!

Excellent Stay

The property was very clean and comfortable. Check-in process was very easy with the app. Owners responded with any concerns very quickly. There was a light that was flickering and a hinge on a cabinet that was broken which I reported and the response was super fast. They had maintenance over the same day to repair it...amazing!!! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans etc. Location of the property only a couple of minutes from I-15. The fenced-in backyard was great for the dogs to roam, play and do their business :) Such a relaxing stay....definitely would recommend and stay here again!!!!

Great stay, perfect hub

We were on a house hunting trip as we are moving to the area and this house was a great hub for all of the different areas. The bedrooms were great, clean and comfortable beds. Ceiling fans were helpful for the abnormally hot October. The main level was incredible, large kitchen island had us gathered around it almost all the time. Thanks for the great stay!

From the initial communication thru check out, the entire process was great. The house is in an awesome location and a great place to stay for me and my family. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable too. There is a lot of space inside and a yard as well. The description of the house and amenities were accurate! Fantastic location as it's only a few minutes from I-15, but in a quiet child and pet friendly neighborhood. The open layout is good for entertaining. It was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!!

Our large family consisting of little ones grandparents and a great grandparent. The house was perfection we came up for my 12 year old grandsons baseball tournament- this house was everything we needed! The space is incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice! So much room for meals together AND THEY HAD EVERY DISH OR UTENSIL WE COULD POSSIBLY NEED! We ate home cooked dinners every night! The tv area had seating for everyone PLUS tons of floor space for the little ones to play. The split level gave everyone the opportunity to have personal space. The decor is downright adorable and they thought of everything! Extra linens in every room and several pillows per bed! I will actively seek out this property owner and any other rentals they may have- you feel the heart they put into their property and it makes a difference!! Thank you!!

2nd visit, wonderful stay!

This location is extremely clean. It is a perfect quiet neighborhood. It has great privacy for each person/couple. Three levels makes it very nice. Kitchen is very well stocked. Linens are very fresh. We didn’t have any babies, but I noticed a crib and a highchair, which is great for families. Overall fantastic!!

Beautiful, Clean and Great location

We had three adults sharing the house. We each got our own room. It was very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and simple. It was perfectly located to where we were attending a retreat. Close to restaurants, etc. Well decorated, felt like home. Well equipped. If we could give 6 stars we would. It is a great place to share with others or great for a big family.

American Fork wedding

This was our first experience renting a property through an online service like VRBO. Our family of four (mom, dad, two adult children) spent the week for a wedding. The house was perfect for us. We stayed 4 nights at this property. The accommodations were exactly what was described, and fit our needs well. The few frustrations were the temperature of the house (stuffy and hot- trouble with the nest and no A/C), and the television did not allow for streaming due to internet blocks.
