Great stop over

Very friendly welcome. Spotless rooms. Secure parking. Supermarket next door. 5 minute drive to a small shopping complex with a Lidl, Macdonalds, Steakhouse restaurant etc. recommend getting the breakfast here. Good choice of food that will proper set you up for the day. Definitely recommend for a stop over

Arrivée après 22h30, j'ai utilisée l'ordinateur de l'entrée pour demander une chambre. J'ai répondu que j'étais seule, est ce parce qu'il n'y a pas de chambre seule qu' il m'a été répondu qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible? Dans ce cas pourquoi le demander? Je me suis entêtée le parking étant presque vide. J'ai pu avoir une réservation en passant par l'application Hôtel.com. Cette réservation n'a pas été reconnu d'emblée. J'ai eu recours par deux fois à l'interphone et l'équipe en ligne. Elle est finalement passée, il ne fallait rentrer que le nom de famille, même avec le bon numéro de résa. Le séchoir à cheveux est prêté par l'accueil; Etant repartie avant l'ouverture je n'ai pu me laver la tête. Décevant pour une nuit à 90€.

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé sauf au niveau de la réservation. j'avais effectué un décalage de date avec Hotels.com, en payant une plus value pour la modification, et lorsque je me suis présenté à l'accueil de l'hotel, il m'indique qu'ils n'ont eu aucune modification de la part d'Hotels.com. Chance pour moi il leur restait une chambre.

Très bonnes prestations : chambre agréable , pas très grande mais belle déco , bonne literie , petit bureau , SDB et WC ensemble , pas très spacieux mais propose et rien ne manque .
