Excellent base for family trip to Amsterdam

The apartment was in an excellent location close to the centre and lots of quirky shops in the Jordaan. It is very clean and has all new appliances. With a family of five could possibly benefit however with another toilet. Key pick up location a short walk away but on the plus side staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Great for families

Firstly the agent at the airport was excellent and really helpful. Staff at the apartment went out of their way to be helpful. We really enjoyed staying here in this apartment. Ideal for families and in a good quiet area. Loved the location as only a short walk away from restaurants and cafes. Also a small children's play area next door. Great restaurant only a few steps away which we all enjoyed and they were very welcoming even with small children. Loved Amsterdam and will be back and will have no hesitation in rebooking. Wifi slow so if you want to stream forget it email fine. But you are in Amsterdam lots of better things to do.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. The building itself is not the prettiest one the view is excellent. Nice walking distance from the railway station. No distracting noise. Clean airy and roomy appartment. Good value for the money. Only negative is the low water pressure in the shower.

Hyvä sijainti lähellä keskustan nähtävyyksiä ja palveluja. Huoneisto oli kuitenkin huolimattomasti siivottu, ikkunalaudoilla oli hämähäkinseittejä, sohvan alla roskia ja matossa oli paljon pinttyneitä likaläikkiä. Siivooja ei käy kertaakaan majoituksen aikana ja wc-paperia tarjotaan vain kolme rullaa, niiden loppuessa täytyy ostaa omat wc-paperit. Näistä käytännöistä ei henkilökunta maininnut mitään sisäänkirjautuessamme.

Rauhallinen. Ohjeet miten laitteita käytetään olisi hyvä olla. Mikrouuni ei osattu käyttää sama kahvinkeittimessä. Pesuhuoneessa oli jokin ilmastointi nappi tiedot miten ja milloin käytetään puuttuu

Hello Anonymous, Thank you for the excellent review! The Bickersgracht are, in my opinion, the closest we have to 'typical' apartments in Amsterdam, except for the huge front window, of course.
