Luxury retreat in perfect location

Great location by the Rembrandtplein. Room was large and modern. Great helpful hotel staff. Excellent breakfast with cook to order eggs. I would definitely stay here again.

This is truly a rare 5 star hotel. The facilities, services and location are all perfect. The staff are attentive, friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It has hardwood floors which is very rare for a hotel. The hotel staff is the star of this place. They are prompt with requests through WhatsApp. It takes literally 1 second to get a response and 5 minutes for the delivery of anything you need. Hotel breakfast is wonderful with many choices. Mido made special tea for my husband who was under the weather. He brewed a pot of tea with ginger, lemon and honey. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Amsterdam.

What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the level of service. Every staff member ( specially kima) I interacted with—from housekeeping to the concierge—was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They made is us truly valued as a guest. I even forgot my hairdryer and they were very nice to call and inform me if I want them to ship for me.

Front desk staff was excellent! It’s a great location ! We walked to dine everywhere! Minimalism is a theme that many places share as they skimp on napkins , Kleenex etc. but it’s manageable considering other conveniences you get !

The hotel is in a terrific location- easy walks to nearby restaurants and transportation to get around the city. The hotel has a great aesthetic- from the soft music playing to the decor- all are excellent. Rooms very clean are not lacking in any amenities. They are well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Finally, but most importantly are the amazing staff- they are all courteous, helpful, and are eager to make sure you are taken care of throughout your stay. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Location is great and provides nice accommodation within walking or tram ride distance of many popular tourist destinations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a simple bar and very nice restaurant although we did not use the breakfast buffet but opted for other local coffee shops nearby. Our only disappointment is the bathroom as we did not like the set-up or shower facitiities.
