Hotel was clean and warm • room was large and pleasant • amenities were very satisfactory • all round a pleasing and enjoyable stay • just to say (not a complaint) if your coming from the rail station there are no taxis and the walk is a bit long and somewhat confusing.

Where I fully appreciate the current situation around the world due to the Coronavirus and the difficulties hospitality companies face at the moment I was bitterly disappointed with this hotels attitude to customer service. We were obviously not able to travel due to government restrictions and fully appreciate our stay was booked as non refundable, however to be told that they were unable to offer a refund because they were still open for business as normal; which was clearly a lie because they had already cancelled their free transfer service between the airport and hotel which they advertised to provide, Also I can’t imagine that any of their facilities would have been open as normal due to their own current restrictions on social distancing. I just think that under the current circumstances they could have at least offered us the opportunity to rebook a stay later in the year by which we would have travelled to their hotel and spent our money at their hotel then, instead I will never use this hotel again.

Dear guest, Being angry is not the right way, even here within our hotel families with children are affected. From one day to the next, people are out of work here and now they all have an uncertain future. We are surprised that most people are only thinking about themselves even in this hard time worldwide. You have chosen to book a non-refundable reservation so that you can be much cheaper, despite the knowledge that you could not cancel this reservation. But your reservation has already been canceled. La propreté des draps et des sols n'étaient pas au rdv. Le nettoyage général n'était pas assuré tous les jours. Uniquement changement de serviette et remise en état des draps. Le pommeau de douche est à revoir.

Die dusche war nicht so gut und man hat lange gebraucht bis warmes wasser kam. Ansonsten war es gut.

A 20 minutes d’amsterdam c’est un hotel très typique dans un quartier calme et agréable. La chambre etait très spacieuse et propre. Ils nous on même refait les lits lorsque nous étions partit la journée. Je le recommande vivement.

Für den Preis ganz O.K Bahnhof zu Fuß gemütlich in 15 min erreichbar. Wer zu faul ist kann auch ruhig sein Auto nehmen da am BH. in Halfweg gratis Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Fahrt bis Amsterdam Centraal in 11 min (2 Stationen) In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es ein Aldi oder Lidle. Für Potheads die sich zwischendurch in Adam aufhalten möchten Perfektes Hotel. Achtung Striktes Rauchverbot im Hotel!! Ps. Allgemein unfreundliche Leute die Holländer...
