Felt like the front desk folks were interns as the whole conversation felt very animated and rehearsed. Another pet peeve for most of the hotels during my travels and applies to this property as well - let the guests have enough drinking water in the room. 2 small bottles for 2 occupants is just not enough! No hooks to hang the clothes except in the shower where there is a good chance for it to get all wet!

Beautifully decorated lobby. Great area to have drinks, hang out. Staff were always friendly and willing to help us, whether it was directions to a landmark or ordering a taxi. Room was quiet. Bathroom had ample space to get ready. Breakfast, which is not included was an impressive spread. Would definitely stay there again. Located within walking distance to everything and relatively quiet.

Our stay was phenomenal. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful as was our room. Though not super close to many attractions, everything was within a 30 minute walk. Getting an Uber was super easy if we felt too tired to walk back. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Amsterdam.

We enjoyed a delightful stay at Monet Garden Hotel. The staff were always ready to help, and as we waited in the lobby on our departure we could not help but notice what an exceptional job Ying did in reception. This is a hotel I will certainly recommend to friends travelling to Amsterdam

Can’t fault this hotel, made us feel welcome from the time we stepped into the foyer. Staff were all attentive and friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious. Although we we were placed in a disabled ground room, the only fault we had was that the there wasn’t anything to control the shower water from getting everywhere and the floor could get a little wet.
