There were bed bugs, this was discovered by my 17 year old daughter and her 2 eighteen year old friends at 10pm, they called me and I asked them to pack up room and go to reception, I remained on FaceTime, reception immediately offered a refund without questions, and were in no way a help in securing alternative accommodation, nor were Expedia when I went on web chat, I did manage to secure alternative accommodation at a lot more cost, given short notice and the late time of night, as well as additional expense in Uber to get them there, my full refund was not even honoured even after chasing this with Expedia nor have I received my £50 key card credit that was promised as way of a goodwill gesture, shocking service
