The outside needs a little face lift action however, the rooms were so nice. Looks like they just remodeled the inside and have yet to tackle the grounds. The beds and pillows were great, the bathroom was nice, the room was clean. There were just a few issues in the room. The heater didn't work, the shower leaked (I think the glass to the tile was not sealed correctly when installed), and the round lights did not work. Other than that...it was good. I would think about maybe staying here again--they just need to do do some fine tuning in the rooms.

We stayed about a year ago. We had a better stay. This time we were charged for a second car. The room was ok but none of us slept well or even ok. The slats didn’t close and it was so bright we could read a book. Last time we had a very nice friendly gentleman who allowed us to leave our cars for a couple and he told us sure as long as we left by 4. The lady clerk was very unfriendly and made it clear that we had to leave by 11. Will not go back.

The comfortable beds were the best. The room was a little outdated, but no problem. The people upstairs were the worst, but hotel itself was good. It was a 10-20 minute walk to the park entrance. I’d definitely stay again!

Short walk to Disneyland. Friendly and clean. A/C works and the beds are comfortable. It's not fancy, but this is our 3rd booking here. Great value for the location. The 2 bedroom has 2 beds in the main room with a tv, fridge, and microwave. The closet and bathroom is in the main room. The 2nd bedroom just has a bed and it's own a/c unit with a door that locks.

My family loves staying here when we are in the area. Walking distance to Disney Parks and Gardenwalk. It’s a great budget friendly hotel. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to book here again. This trip we stayed in a recently renovated room and it was decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff here is always friendly and courteous. You can tell management really cares about their property. We always recommend Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Anaheim Convention Center to all our friends coming to the Parks. Whether you are staying by yourself or with family this is a great choice!

For the price and location it was good. Free parking made it four instead of three stars. Basic room. Janky blinds. Old TV. But clean and did the job. If you're just looking for a place to sleep with free parking where you can walk easily to the park this is a great find.

The room was very unclean, including the floors and walls and bed. Floors were unswept & sticky, the walls were unclean, sticky, and paint was peeling everywhere. There is mold in every room and the air conditioners are disgusting. After the bleach smell went away when we arrived, the musty mold smell never left. The room allows smoking, which is evident in the walls and air conditioner. The staff was rude and unaccommodating to our concerns over the cleanliness and room placement. There were some rooms that were remodeled, but we got a regular room. However, it’s simply lipstick on a pig. (And our “fresh” towels). Do not recommend.

Worst hotel we have stayed in a long time. Black mold in bathrooms, floors so dirty my daughters pants were black from crawling within 5 minutes of being there. Towels had hair all over them. Mattresses broken in the middle so you slide to the middle of it. Furniture in horrific condition- shards of wood around it-i had to deep clean so my daughter didnt get cut. Electric outlets were broken and had exposed wire. If we had another option we 100% would of left. We will never go back again. Pros- decent location and staff was friendly for the 2 min i saw them

Great location, within walking distance of Disneyland. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. They are in the process of updating their rooms, so I assume that the next time we stay here, things will be even better!
