Staff was excellent. Lots of amenities. Only real issue was that we had very minimal outlets and the ones we did have were very loose, so you can’t use them.

The hotel staff and the shuttle staff are really amazing. The hotel is very clean and very cute. The rooms needs some updating and some TLC. We’ve stayed here before and I will likely stay here again because of the convenience to Disneyland Parks and easy use of the shuttle.

I loved the castle look of the hotel. The rooms were big, comfortable beds. The interior courtyards were nice and relaxing with the ducks and koi pond. The pool was great. Grandson loved it.

Comfortable beds!

Overall a great stay, beds are super comfortable, also the lobby/lounge area really nice, wish the elevators were a bit bigger!

Rooms need major TLC

Everytime I say we will not be staying here again but then they drop the price and i decide to give it another chance. But this time, we will not be coming back. The furniture is so old and full of dust. The bathroom needs a huge upgrade. Theres black around the tub probably just from age. We found two huge spiders on seperate days. One next to the toilet the other one crawling up the bed. They were able to switch us room but it was a hassle. They dont vaccum under bed or between bed and side table it was so dusty. And the outlets are so lose we would plug in our phones and it would fall out. This hotel definitely needs a big makeover. The great thing was the restaurant- good food and large portions and the breakfast burrito at the cafe.

This place is definitely old some parts do smell! But honestly, the free shuttle service is awesome and you can’t beat the location and the price! And the staff was really awesome as well!

One issue was the outlets in the princess room were loose. most of them. On one of the elevators, I was stuck for about 15 mins. Other than that, We like to Hotel very much. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family. I would make sure they check the outlets rright away.

I Can't tell you how excited our grandkids were to stay at a Castle. The charm continues through the whole hotel.
