This was the 3rd time staying at this hotel and it didnt disappoint. Staff is great, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, food is great! Major plus is the shuttles going to and from the parks. Great drivers.

THE Best place to stay near Disney AND Knotts.!

Beautiful grounds with birds, ducks, little ducklings, ponds with fish. Beautiful photo ops in nature. Inside is very clean , organized. Workers are friendly and helpful .

The free shuttle to Disneyland was terrific! The hotel was really nice with a lot of cute outdoor courtyard areas to relax in. Very spacious room. The staff was always very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

The reason for the trip!

This is probably my 6th or 7th stay. My family loves this hotel for the proximity to Disney as well as the hotel itself. My son absolutely loves the castle bed so he’d been asking for a stay. We got an email about the annual Easter egg hunt and we knew we had to go for this. Decorations were cute and my boys loved the hunt and the bunny and princess Corinne. We ate at the Garden Bistro twice, once for Easter brunch. We played in the arcade twice. We love watching the fireworks there too. The employee who checked us on was FABULOUS. Friendly and informative.

Anaheim Majestic stinks

We checked into our room at 3am and just getting off a plane, all we wanted was a quiet 6 hour recovery sleep. We noticed when we got to our room that the toilet was backed up with water. We called down to ask for help and front desk said they would send an engineer over as soon as they could. Instead, we went 4 HOURS without a toilet despite calling front desk again. No offer to move us. We then had no choice to use the toilet despite not being able to flush which was disgusting. Finally, at 7am after a third call, an “engineer” came with a plunger. We barely got any sleep, and on top of that, our $130 a night room had a $200 hold on it for several days thereafter, tying up $$$ we had planned to use at Disneyland. Completely u acceptable and would not recommend anyone stay at the Anaheim Magestic.
