When we arrived to check in, we were given the surprise that the main water valve eas going to be shut off from 9pm until 5am due to construction across the street. That's right, no water at all for pretty much the whole night.

Beside not knowing the additional $15 parking charge. It was a nightmare to pull up and checkin. As they used their hotel parking as a paid parking for the Angels game and a concert. With uber drivers dropping off people for the event and blocking off the main way to go park to our room. We had to get inline just to enter the parking lot after we checked in. Took us forever just to park and i had to pay for that. Just lucky we got a spot.

Always a pleasure staying here. The staff is so welcoming and super sweet. I stayed here because of a concert and love how security was checking keys to your prior prior to letting you now. It was nice having a peace of mind that I was safe.

The proximity of this property to Honda center can’t be beat. But there is a ton of construction going on all around the Honda Center and therefore around the hotel. Nowhere to walk for food nearby. But nice staff and room.

This location was great, I did Disney an knotts trip, stood 5 days, wasn’t too far, 10-15 min, felt safe when the security in the parking lot, room was clean, I’m a night worker so breakfast ended too early on the weekdays, it was good tho, staff was nice an polite, I stood on the second floor, staff did talk loudly (this too is for only those who sleep in) it echo goes really bad, I got to hear all the tea from 2 females… I added towels under the door that helped a lot, they have a self purchase snack convenience area that’s on the pricier side. But convenience. parking lot only almost filled up once. there is a nightly parking fee of 16-17, The only thing I didn’t like about the parking fee is I’d rather use my key to come an go as I please every single time because if I’m renting a car I’d like to know that extra piece of security is there so when security is inside.beds were comfy, pillows were great, fridge an microwave worked well, I think it was a great place to stay, I’d like to stay again.

Convenient location to Honda Center. The room is clean, spacious & it has kitchenette, dining table & lots of towels! Very comfortable bed too! We’re very impressed!

Perfect place for an angels game. Across the street from transit station, the Pond and a short walk to Anaheim stadium. The breakfast was awesome. The eggs, potatoes and sausage were very hot temperature wise, which i love. Will stay again and we might try taking the train next time sinces it's so close.
