When we arrived our room was not ready. However the staff accomodated us by allowing use to use the pool while wewaited for our room to be ready. The room on took 20 minutes to be ready. The staff were so lovely and accommodating.

We stayed in a handicap room. The bathroom sink doesn’t have any shelves so there is no place to put your toiletries. Very inconvenient to get ready because there is not shelving of any type.

It was a great stay of 3 nights , got 2 queen size beds for 2 adults , 2 kids. Free breakfast consisted of pancakes, sausage , eggs, cereals, yogurt, juices , coffee , water etc it was great. Staff was very friendly , everyone ! Only thing I would say is I wish the floors were cleaner in the room

I was very disappointed with the parking situation. There was no available parking space upon arrival, and I had to leave my keys with the staff so they could move my car when a spot became available. On the morning of check-out, I waited 45 minutes just to retrieve my keys, which was extremely frustrating. I would appreciate a call to discuss this further. Great staff on check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. A real Disney atmosphere around the place. If you're not into families having fun it may not be for you. We had a great time. The breakfast room is one of the better ones in the local hotels. Great food and friendly service. The only negative was the lack of parking on a busy Saturday night. But it was a 3-day weekend, so people were showing up with 3 cars for one room. They put a guy out in the lot all night who organizes it. He did a great job, but just know if you come back late you may be double parking.
