I was charged twice for a dinner I had there and tried to call customer service. Forget it! It doesn't exist. I was also annoyed by the fact that they charged $2.50 each for the bottled water and $33.00/day for parking, although I think all of the hotels in the area charge for parking. The hotel was nice but I definately felt a little gouged.

The rooms were clean. I did lose money using the vending machine however. The item I paid for didn’t come out. I reported this to the front desk and the young man informed me the machines were 3rd party and there was nothing he could do. He told me to call the #on the machine. Only thing on the machine was an email address - I reported the issue to the vendor site via email but haven’t heard back from there & to be honest I don’t expect to. I order a pizza from the restaurant to take back to my room - it was overcooked and the crust was so hard it was barely edible. But I was too hungry to return it and ask for another one. Other than that , my stay was very good.
