It was an ok stay. The beds were comfy. But the room had smoke residue by the smoke detector. They offer a shuttle to Disneyland which was good. Their buffet was pretty good as well.

Housekeeping came around at 8:00 AM wanting to know if we were checking out today. Little early for checking on people Also had to pay $25 for parking fee. The new club next door doesn’t pay anything and they take up most of the spots. Seems like a double standard

Like the spacious room. Good breakfast, made to order. Comfortable bed with nice sheets. Clean Bathroom needs a little help. Toilet paper holder wouldnt hold roll. Bathtub not dirty, but looks it bc of staining. Mirror cracked. No makeup remover wipes or tissue in bathroom.

Not Worth the Price – Disappointed Stay We stayed at Embassy Suites for 10 nights and were very disappointed, especially given the price. The room was not well maintained—outdated, not properly cleaned, and the bathroom had a strong humidity odor from the shower curtain that was never addressed. Beds felt unclean, sheets seemed reused, and the mattresses were stained and uncomfortable. The A/C vents were dusty, and the ceiling showed signs of poor repair from a past leak. Even small things like the mattress protector didn’t fit properly. Breakfast was the same every single day, which is fine for a short stay, but not great for longer visits. We expected much more from a hotel in this category. Sadly, this will be our last time choosing Embassy Suites unless major improvements are made.

Room was smelling like wet dog,AC doesn’t work,all doors squick it needs to be adjusted it’s hard to open and close ,doors doesn’t lock properly, moldy sink and ceiling in the bathroom,tile floors stained it’s terrible.. i usually always check in at embassy suite but this area is the worse

We wanted to like this hotel but so many things couldn't be overlooked. For starters, it's right between the dump and a nightclub, without anything else near. Interior is large. Plenty of room for trams and group gatherings downstairs etc, but rooms are just old. It's obvious they've tried to redo them and you can see they've used a carpet cleaner on the sofa. Room layout is nice but we had strong sewer oders every time we used the shower, toilet, or sink. It was super yucky. Air could not be lowered much. Not cool enough for our liking to sleep well. Parking wasn't anything special yet they charge $25 per night. There was an employee out there in the evening but no actual place for him to be if weather was bad, so I doubt he was out there over night. Pool was indoor and small. So many kids in it, it just didn't appeal. So this hotel was just ok. Wouldn't want to stay more than a night or two.

Asked every day for the soaps to be filled in the bathroom and they didn’t. All the maids did was re make your bed. The carpets are stained and old. The couch was stained. The shower curtains were mildewed and stained. The hotel needs to be deep cleaned
