Construction at 730am not cool. The noise and smell the dust was bad. Front desk didnt tell me nothing about construction at 730am after a long day at Disney and waking up to construction with bad smell and dust I wouldn’t have booked if I had to be up that early.

The staff was grate, very helpful and friendly! The location is perfect if you’re going to Disney. The rooms were a little out of date. Beds were a little too hard, bath towels were rough, and walls very thin! We could hear the person next to us use the restroom. But if none of that bothers you it grate.

Loved the distance from the park. Just a quick walk. Starbucks and CVS super close by. Friendly staff. Spacious room, but I think we might have had a converted ADA room, so all rooms may not have been as large. You need a keycard to access the elevators so that was a nice safety feature. Did not try the food or go to the bar. The bar is quite tiny but besides seeing it from a distance I can’t judge or comment. Parking felt over priced. I thought I was getting a deal on my hotels.com rate but that was short lived when I had to pay $38 a day to park a car. The shower leaked so we had to close the curtain so water didn’t splash out all over the floor. Last negative was you have to request turn down service or room cleaning. They don’t automatically do it which was kind of a bummer but we survived. All in all glad we stayed, not 100% sure we’d be back with those parking fees. Other spots end up being cheaper.

Hotel was under construction, electric sliding doors did not work, was given a room in a separate building and unable to access the main building easily due to construction, loud construction in the morning, only one elevator working, unable to get luggage cart to the detached building unless you lift it over the curb. Staff not very understanding. I was not aware there would be construction and if I knew I would have booked another hotel, super inconvenient.
