Great Hotel

Absolutely loved this hotel! Friendly staff, pretty clean, still under renovations due to being a slightly newer hotel. Very close to Disneyland.

Great Hotel. Great Location.

We stay here whenever we stay in Anaheim. It’s great for the price and so close to Disneyland so walking is a breeze. It’s a little outdated, but still very clean and inviting; although the water pressure in the shower is hit or miss. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Lulu, so much so it’s become our regular hotel for trips to Anaheim. The rooms are clean and updated, if you need additional towels a cute robot will deliver them for you! Their room service is incredibly convenient with a local kitchen that provides a variety of cuisines, from Mexican to burgers, to Mediterranean, so everyone is sure to find something they enjoy. The pool area is updated with fun games and a fire pit. The park view rooms have an amazing view of the evening fireworks, so book that if you can. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. We had exceptionally great service from Shannon on our most recent visit. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing due to several frustrating issues. The water pressure and temperature were extremely inconsistent, swinging between burning hot and freezing cold, making showers unbearable. The TV service constantly went out, making it impossible to relax and watch anything without losing signal. On top of that, the entire building was under maintenance with no warning given before booking, which was inconvenient with only 1 entry way. To make matters worse, the hotel charged $32 per night for parking despite all these problems and refused to offer any compensation. I really wish during these times they would not charge for parking.

Room and hotel were very clean! I’m sensitive to certain smells and almost every hotel somewhat bothers me but this one did not disappoint! No mold in the bathroom which was huge for me! Even some Disney property hotels (including the new one) has mold but Hotel Lulu impressed me! The food options were AMAZING! We ordered room service and loved everything we got. Love that you can have it delivered to your room or the pool. My only complaint would be all the hair in the pool that kept getting on us but wasn’t a huge deal breaker..and the mosquitoes. Other than that, it was all very enjoyable! Thanks for a great time!

I checked out of another hotel early because it was absolutely disgusting. And i was able to check into this nice, clean and very appealing hotel early. I was very thankful for the friendly and accommodating staff and also relieved because my room was so clean. Will be coming back.
