We arrived at the property and the staff at the front desk, said that our reservation had not been paid for when it was. We were able to contact Expedia and it was resolved. I guess there was another guest with my name but the next day around midnight, we got a call from another staff member that apparently also thought that we have not paid our fees she had to look up our information again ID receipts, and apparently it was a mistake that they had made on their end. It was inconvenient to be woken up for a mistake that they had made in an issue that they hadn’t double checked beforehand.

My only suggestion would be housekeepers need pay attention to the sheets they’re putting in the beds. If they look stained they should not be put on the bed. Once the bed is made make sure theirs no hair, found a few on our beds.

The room was clean had a little musty smell but it wasn’t strong. The terrible thing about this place is the walls are so thin. Some people going to Disneyland were so loud kids screaming and a baby crying. I was yelling for them to shut the f up. It was 6am by the way. Well you get what you pay for here that’s for sure

Decent enough for a budget trip

A perfectly decent place to stay while doing multiple park days if all you need is crash space and a not too long walk over to the park in the morning and at night. No frills. No extra attention. Check in was quick and smooth. Didnt have time to ask for more so not sure what that would have resulted in. Close to decent breakfast open early in the outdoor mall nearby. Walked to the DLand parking lot and took the shuttle from there. At night the shuttle back was an hour wait so i just walked.

Front desk, multitasking Jennifer was wonderful, courteous, attentive. Front desk, Nathan requires additional training on how to extend the stay of a motel guest, specifically proper operation of the terminal/register. Motel Room, unsightly unfinished unpainted drywal patch at the interior on the right of the entry door just below the window. Bathroom, cracked and detached corner base tile at the foot of the tub. Aesthetically not good. TV remote control, would fail intermittently, and one side of the back battery cover was held in place by one screw while the other half of the battery cover was detached. Ice machines, 3rd level not functioning, 4th level not functioning.

No real complaints. The room was clean.The shower was hot.The outlets worked, and so did the t v. There was no microwave, which was kind of a bummer. And there was only three pillows, which is weird, you think there'd be four, and a single nightstand. The room was extremely plain and to the point.

The room was nice and clean; however, I can’t say the same for the property. Most of the stairs and walkways need a good power wash. The front desk staff is very cold and unwelcoming. We loved that there is no charge for pets, which helped us a lot. For the price we thought it was a decent stay.
