Room wasn’t clean at all. It’s too noisy and hard to sleep. Not enough parking in the lot. Towels are old and cheap looking and don’t appear to have been cleaned. Would not recommend this place at all.

There were bugs on the bed sheets, floor is not clean, bedsheets had dirty spots, quality of the bed and chairs in the room are terrible, not water or tea or coffee supplies, breakfast was no breakfast best thing to say.

Room was very dirty , sheets had stains , bath towels made dark stains as well. Ceiling had mold . Hair in sheets ! Left early didn’t stay the 2nights left early ! Don’t not stay . !! Please take My advice .. i never leave reviews but this time i felt like i needed to make people aware of this hotel . It’s a health hazard . Had my two girls with me and i will never ever be back.

The bedding was stained the towels were stained. We went and got 3 different sets of bedding all were disgusting. At one point the girl said it’s clean just stained 😳slept in our clothes cause that was cleaner We were supposed to stay 3 nights left after one.i would not recommend this to someone I didn’t like. Never again

i had requested a bottom room floor due to my husband having a bad back and there are no elevators, when i checked in i told the gentleman when i noticed i was assigned the the 2nd floor he said he was not able to change it. got into the room and it smelled musky tried opening windows to air out the room and was unable to open it. we figured out that it was due to the ac unit so we kept it off and would have to leave the door wide open just to get fresh air. there was hair in the shower and in my towels . there was only two outlets in the whole room and which the outlets didn't even work half of the time so when i woke up in the morning my devices weren't charged. it probably took 5 minutes for us to u lock our door every time we left because they box wasn't reading our key card we even went to the front desk to have it re-programmed and it still wouldn't work properly. tbeds and pillows aren't the most comfortable. my room was conjoined with another room and the gap on the bottom of the door was so big i would be able to slide something under to the next room . i go to disneyland every other month and like to try different places and this is one i will probably not be returning to. definitely got what i paid for.

The rooms are clean, tidy, and renovated to not look outdsted. I stayed in one of the accessability rooms, and it was cozy. The bathroom could use some additional reno. Also, this night had a rainstorm. The heat worked great, but needs a filter change. The door also had cracks that needs better sealing.
